Spring Series 2008

The spring series offered a mix of American classics and foreign films that spanned six decades. As a complement to the election news that dominated the spring, a number of the films had overt or implied political themes. Some of the films were just plain fun.

In addition to its regular Friday night films, the Society also cosponsored with Shepherd University's Multicultural Student Affairs - a special showing of "Tsotsi" as part of the University's Black History Month program.
