The spring series offered a mix of American classics and foreign films that spanned six decades.
As a complement to the election news that dominated the spring, a number of the films had
overt or implied political themes. Some of the films were just plain fun.
In addition to its regular Friday night films, the Society also cosponsored — with Shepherd
University's Multicultural Student Affairs - a special showing of "Tsotsi" as part
of the University's Black History Month program.
